Twenty-eight BC housing owned units rent at 30% of income or a flat rate if resident is on disability or income assistance. Five Society owned top-floor ocean view suites rent at $840 - $915 per month. All suites are 540 sq.ft. 1 bedroom units with walk-in shower and balcony. Three of the units are handicap accessible. The suites are electric baseboard heated, and tenants pay for their own hydro, cable TV and telephone. Coin laundry is located on each floor. There is a common room with full kitchen for activities. No off-street parking for tenants or visitors is available, however the building has a secure drive-in scooter garage. No pets of any kind are allowed, nor is smoking permitted anywhere on the property.
