About this service
The Forty Niner Manor is comprised of 36 one-bedroom housing units for seniors age 55+. There are 26 BC Housing subsidized suites, which rent at 30% of income, and 10 Low End Market Rent suites with rents starting at $600 per month. All units are approximately 500 sq. ft., have a backyard patio, laundry hook-ups in suite, and a parking space. Tenants are responsible for their own utilities. There is also a central laundry room and a common area hall that is used for tenant social functions. No pets or smoking is allowed in any of the units. Applications for subsidized and non-subsidized housing must be made through BC Housing.
