One of the 2 bedroom units is handicap accessible. All units are heated by electric baseboard. Tenants are responsible for their own hydro, cable TV and telephone. Each unit is plumbed for a washer and dryer (tenant supplied). Off street parking for tenants and visitors is available. No pets of any kind are allowed, nor is smoking permitted in the units.
