About this organization

Deafblind Intervention Program - Provides deafblind intervention support for children and youth who are deafblind throughout BC. Funds are provided to allow families to hire deafblind intervenors to work with their child with deafblindness during the school breaks so that they may interact more fully with their environment. Early Intervention Program - Provides support to children with deafblindness from birth to 5 years old throughout BC. Deafblind consultants meet with families and professional teams of children with deafblindness to introduce them to the world of deafblindness and guide them in supporting their child to develop their true potential.
