GPPCS supports community members with a life limiting illness and their families by providing volunteer programs, resource information, and connections to their community.

Our staff and volunteers are dedicated to improving the quality of lifeuntil the end of life, and supporting those who are grieving. We are about helping our clients to live life, find joy and meaning along the way, and support those left behind to work through their grief and to heal.
