About this service
This is a six-month transitional housing program providing 24-hour support to persons who are transitioning from the hospital back into the community and do not meet the criteria for other community supported housing programs. There are eight beds in Hamilton House and nine beds in Roberts House.
The program is a partnership initiative with Alberta Health Services. Referrals are made directly to the program through the inpatient mental health units at Alberta Health Services hospitals.
