What does POST do?
POST is a preventative, integrated and harm reduction program that reaches out and builds relationships with vulnerable pregnant persons in the city of Calgary.
The goal of the POST is to empower the clients to access supports that reduce risks to their pregnancy and ensure the health and safety of the newborn. The POST program will meet the client where they are at, support them through all situations and will never give up.
Who can use it?
Pregnant women who may have mental health/addiction/domestic violence concerns, or homeless
