About this service
Individualized programming for clients living in apartments. Staff is onsite seven hours per day, Monday through Friday. The Apartment Program has three levels of support to meet client needs.
New clients to the Apartment Program meet with their Supportive Living coordinator on a weekly basis. Clients may remain at this level of support until they have developed basic skills necessary to function independently in their home environment and until necessary resources and supports are in place.
