About this organization
Help and Hope for Families is dedicated to ending violence in our community. We take a proactive approach by providing OUTREACH, EDUCATION, REFERRAL, ADVOCACY, SUPPORT, and INFORMATION & RESOURCES. Help and Hope for Families serves the community, women and their children, who are living with the impact of violence by providing TRANSITION HOME/SHELTER services. We believe we will make a difference by providing a safe shelter and, by promoting awareness and empowerment.
Our programs range from basic food hamper and food bank services, to educational workshops and support groups on a variety of topics, to our new and exciting Help and Hope Healing Garden. Whatever we do, the goal is always to help women and their children heal, grow, and move forward in hope.
