About this service
Founded in September 1998, L'cole de la Rue aims to enable young people aged 16 to 35 to resume and complete their studies. It offers all the courses required by the Ministry of Education for obtaining the secondary school diploma.
Individualized education and support services are offered, while promoting the social integration of young people in difficulty or in a situation of social exclusion. A supportive framework, based on the pedagogy of valorization, is offered by the teachers and the speakers. A guidance counsellor, liaison officers, a nurse and an addiction worker are also on hand to help young people overcome their difficulties.
