Deuil-Jeunesse can support you in the face of the serious illness of a loved one, whether it is a chronic, degenerative or incurable illness. Help can be given in the context of adapting to the illness of a loved one or preparing for imminent death. Deuil-Jeunesse can also support you directly if you are the one suffering from an illness. Services are aimed at toddlers, children, adolescents, adults and seniors. The diagnosis may be recent or not, with a clear prognosis or not; there is no time limit for getting help. The group uses themes conducive to reflection and discussion. It aims in particular to offer a neutral forum to demystify illness, death and bereavement, break isolation, allow young people to express themselves about their reality and normalize their experiences, equip young people and their loved ones, facilitate the experience of bereavement and prevent the negative impacts of bereavement on young people.
