About this service
KEYS IN HAND
The turnkey program aims to provide vulnerable people with quality subsidized social housing as well as rent supplements (subsidy where the tenant pays 25% of his income for his rent). This program plays a liaison role between the users, the workers who accompany them, the relatives, and the private or collective owners. Over the past few years, many of our members have had access to this program and are followed by our workers to keep them in housing.
