About this service
We regularly offer direct home visits to support members in various difficulties. Whether it is with the aim of breaking social isolation, of compensating for disorganization or loss of autonomy, of maintaining what has been acquired in housing or of better supervising the management of the state of health in order to maintain a undetectable virus. These visits allow us to create better bonds of trust and to develop concrete solutions for the day-to-day organization of our members.
