About this service
Through the intervention of street guides (users and ex-users of drugs), the project aims to reach participants directly in the community, in order to distribute the organization's basic activities. Street guides travel near places where drugs are consumed, to ensure the distribution of condoms and sterile injection equipment in sufficient quantity. He must also ensure, on the part of the participants, of the adequate procedures for the distribution of sterile material and the safe recovery of soiled syringes. The aim of the intervention is the empowerment, education, training, mobilization and involvement of drug users as partners in prevention.
