About this organization

The Vigil is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support women and men who have a problem of alcohol and drug addiction, people who want to resume healthy lifestyle habits and their daily activities and to better manage their emotions.

The Vigil is recognized as a specialized resource for helping professionals who wear or wore uniforms (peace officers, correctional officers, veterans, military, paramedics, firefighters, 911 dispatchers), people in the assistance and care (nurses, doctors, psychologists, social workers and stakeholders of all kinds) as well as to their family members. Although the Maison La Vigile offers services to people who wear the uniform, they are also offered to all citizens.
