Quebec City Reading Council (QCRC) is a volunteer-based not-for-profit organization that has been providing English literacy services to residents of Quebec City for more than 35 years. We promote and support lifelong learning through a variety of free services to adults and families in the Quebec City area. We collaborate with a wide range of community partners in order to meet the needs of our community and are funded by le Ministre de l'education et de l'Enseignement suprieur.
