Autism Quebec

Autisme Qubec is a regional association of parents of autistic children and people with autism serving the Capitale-Nationale region (03), to which friends and relatives have joined. It is part of the Fdration qubcoise de l'autisme , a provincial group of organizations that share the interests of people with autism, their families and loved ones.

The association was set up in 1976 by parents wishing to create specialized services. In forty years, its mission has expanded considerably: the organization now offers a range of services aimed at meeting the specific needs of its members and sets up a number of information and awareness activities. Autisme Qubec also works to promote and defend the rights of people with autism and their families.

The association is recognized by the Canadian Revenue Agency. It has a charitable number, and can, as such, issue receipts for donations of $20 or more.
