About this service
First Intervention Treatment Team (FITT)
Scarborough Health Networks First Intervention Treatment Team (FITT) provides services for early intervention psychosis. Our program is delivered at Shoniker Clinic, which is right across from Centenary hospital, located at the corner of Ellesmere Road and Neilson Road in Scarborough. FITT has a team of staff from various health care and social work backgrounds, including psychiatrists, a child and youth counselor, nurses, an occupational therapist, and social workers. This allows us to provide a wide variety of supports and programs to individuals and their families. We work with teens and adults up to the age of 35 living in the Scarborough area.
