About this service
Are you a caregiver providing support to someone living with mental health challenges? Join IAM Mental Health for our 4 session family education group. Our program covers challenges facing families, handling stress and anxiety, practical strategies around communication, and coping with daily living including; scheduling daily activities, motivation, wellness and crisis planning, and caregiver well-being. Our program also addresses coping with changes in daily living and stresses associated with COVID19. NOTE: Due to the current COVID19 pandemic, SFT is being offered virtually.
