About this service

COVID-19 UPDATE: CL&D has been following the development of the COVID-19 outbreak. Organizations outside of the medical establishment and government are also reacting as the virus begins to affect employees, schools, and the fear of community transmission rises. The decisions across Toronto thus far have rightly placed the safety of people at the forefront. In response to the situation, the following has been decided:

  • All Learning Centre programs and activities are postponed until further notice. However we will continue to deliver our Academic Upgrading classes and the Small Business Course via an online platform from the week of March 23rd.
  • We will continue to provide intake and respond to new inquiries. However to ensure the health and safety of CL&D clients, staff, and others. Until further notice, intake appointments and assessments will be conducted over the telephone and online but, not in person.
