About this service
This project, funded by the Ministry of Health from July 2018 to March 2020, aimed to better support individuals caring for seniors. It involved focus groups, interviews, and workshops to identify the challenges caregivers face and provide practical skills to improve caregiving. The project engaged caregivers from diverse communities, including Afghan, English-speaking, Iranian, LGBTQI2S+, Spanish-speaking, Somali, and Tamil communities. While the project has ended, it provided valuable insights into caregiving needs and how services can be improved.
