About this service
Circle of Care offers a Bereavement Program to assist adults dealing with the death of a loved one, providing support within the first year of loss. The program includes Grief and Bereavement Support Groups, both virtual and in-person, and short-term individual support and grief counseling. Clients can join the Early Days Grief Group, designed for recent losses, or participate in our Caring Cafe, a monthly drop-in for those who have completed prior sessions. Bereavement support volunteers, trained through Hospice Palliative Care Ontario, offer additional emotional support via phone or video chat. Registration can be completed by contacting their Case Manager, Charlotte Koven.
