About this service
Early childhood education is important for children and their families. They help children do well in school and allow parents to actively participate in their learning.
Programs like You Make a Difference, Incredible Years, Parents/Child Drop-in Program, ESSO Math, and Learning Through Play are just some of the ways you can make early and strong connections with your children in a caring environment. Together with Toronto Public Health, and Sick Kids Centre for Community Mental Health, we also offer pre-natal programs in the community.
Newborn Infant Hearing Screening
In Ontario, all newborn babies can have their hearing tested. This can be done either in hospital when a baby is born or at a community health clinic.
The test is simple, safe, reliable and completely comfortable for babies.
