Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) is a service offered by the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities in partnership with Cota that provides community-based support for individuals aged 16 to 64 living with an acquired brain injury in Scarborough. The multidisciplinary team, including a nurse, occupational therapist, behavior therapist, case manager, psychologist, and support workers, assists individuals and their families in learning new skills, accessing resources, and enhancing quality of life.
