About this organization

Horizons for Youth is a shelter for at-risk and homeless youth between the ages of 16-24 in Toronto. We are more than a shelter. Horizons for Youth offers one-on-one Case Management, Mental Health & Addictions services, Housing Support, an engaging Day Program and Community Support & Aftercare. These holistic programs help our residents leave the streets behind.

Inner City Health Associates offsite physicians available here for psychiatry Wednesdays (biweekly, virtual) 9:00am - 12:00pm
