About this service
Horizons for Youths residents have the opportunity to meet regularly with our Housing Worker. The Housing Worker connects clients with resources such as financial assistance and housing listings, and assists them in making phone calls to landlords and attending apartment viewings. In addition to helping youth find safe and securing housing in the community, the Housing Worker can also help youth reunite with their families.
