About this service
Under the Child Care and Early Years Act, the Cochrane District Social Services Administration Board, Childrens Services Department manages the funding for the provision of a variety of programs, including:

FAMILY RESOURCE CENTRES (EarlyON Child & Family Centres /BEST START HUBS)

The CDSSAB currently has a service agreement with 23 agencies that provide a variety of services within the District including licensed child care, private home child care, special needs resourcing, before and after school recreation programs, and family resource centre programs. In addition the CDSSAB directly operates Northern Treasures Licensed Home Child Care program.
