T.L.K. is a privately owned residential program licensed by the Ministry of Community and Social Services to provide care and support to children and youth, 10-18 years of age, according to the Child and Family Services Act (CFSA) legislation, in a staff model residential setting.Mom_daughter2_hug

Our team of consultants including psychiatrist, psychologist and clinical social workers provide clinical services to the children. TLK Program consultants carry out a variety of functions such as development of specialized programs, staff training clinical case management, group counseling and/or individual psychotherapy.
