This home is a structured life-skills environment. This program is based on mutual respect with lifes logical and natural consequences. The purpose of this program is to provide a balanced and guided transition to youths age 15 and older. The Springboard program supports youth in developing good decision-making skills, life and social skills and provides goal oriented treatment and counseling. This unique program is aware of youths continuing need for support and encouragement as they move on to independent living situations.
