Trent View Counselling Center is a therapeutic center that offers evidence-based treatment for various mental ailments including depression, anxiety, and addiction. They work with a range of clients, such as veterans and new mothers, offering a confidential, non-judgmental space for treatment. Services include psychotherapy, neurofeedback, and mindfulness training. Neurofeedback uses real-time brain activity to teach the self-regulation of brain functions. With mindfulness training, clients learn strategies to regulate and stabilize mood. They do not operate as a crisis center and do not accept walk-in inquiries. Appointments and inquiries can be made through phone or email.
