Trent View Counselling Centre is a private mental health practice founded in 2009 by Dr. Patricia Conroy. The center, which was originally established to provide traditional talk therapy, has since expanded its services to offer a holistic approach to mental health and physical health. The Centre practices a variety of therapies including mindfulness, guided imagery, neurofeedback, biofeedback, EMDR, CBT, CPT, DBT, and psychotherapy. It caters to individuals interested in holistic recovery and offers treatments for a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, grief issues, traumatic brain injuries, and addiction disorders. The Centre has also notably worked with Canadian Armed Forces personnel, veterans, and their families, and strives to provide a comfortable, private, and respectful environment for its clients. Clients are advised to schedule appointments in advance. Please note, Trent View Counselling Centre is not a crisis centre. In case of emergency, clients are advised to dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room or crisis center.
