These include emergency care 24/7, a children's treatment centre, nutritional care from registered dieticians, diabetes education and management, diverse diagnostic services, medical and surgical services including minor procedures, symptom management/palliative care, a mental health crisis clinic, and more. The hospital is also the home of the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP) and a regional Breast Assessment Centre. It temporarily closed its Catherine Street entrance for minor repairs from 19th to 23rd June, during which all hospital visitors were advised to use the main entrance on King Street.
