About this service
Social workers at the Centre offer limited-time counseling services for clients of the Centre who are trying to improve overall wellness, cope with mental health issues, stress, trauma, substance abuse, or have concerns about relationships. Social work services are designed to support individuals, couples, and families who receive primary care at the Centre and need additional help for their health and well-being. Our social workers also facilitate several groups for anxiety and depression, stress management, sleep, emotional eating, and trauma. These group programs are free and open to anyone in the community. You do not need to be a client of the Centre to participate. For social work support at the Belleville site, call the Program Secretary at (613) 962-0000 ext. 233. For social work support at the Quinte West site, call Quinte West Reception at (613) 965-0698 ext. 100.
