About this organization
The S.E.L.E.C.T. Program employs highly skilled Registered Nurses with extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities to provide service in the following ways:
Program Monitoring
Staff communication and consultation
Documentation review
Health education and Training
S.E.L.E.C.T. Program staff work closely with all key stakeholders to ensure that their care plan supports the goals set out in the Individual Support Plan (ISP). The staff endeavor to attend the annual ISP meetings for each client they provide service to.
