About this service
These programs are run in various schools, community centres and organizations throughout Waterloo Region. Sexual health education goes far beyond learning about safer sex. These programs aim to increase body awareness and self-esteem, promote healthy relationships by providing practical tools participants will need to navigate difficult situations, conversations and decisions, promote safer sex practices, provide participants with a safe space to ask questions and build friendships and role model open, honest, nonjudgmental discussions about sexuality.
Just 4 Me programs cover a wide variety of topics, each group focuses on specific goals, activities and games that help teach sexual health topics in a fun and relaxed way. Topics covered include: puberty, anatomy, body positivity, boundaries, consent, menstruation, understanding masculinity, safer sex, birth control, pregnancy and many more!
