About this service
AIM Pathways is a business consulting program aimed at developing high school students' ability to tackle current issues in the business world. Through this program we hope to: ASPIRE: Instil students with inspiration from industry experts through their experiences and guidance. INNOVATE: Foster creativity by having students tackle relevant issues faced by businesses in the real world. MOTIVATE: Encourage students to not only use problem solving skills but to research industries they will soon be involved in. Each student will be provided with an industry problem adapted by industry experts based on what stream they select. Students will then present a solution in a 3-5 minute long video. The four streams are as follows: Technology Healthcare Law Finance Throughout the program, the FCSS-FESC team will offer mentoring and support through a half-day conference and flexible office hours.
