About this service
Living with Loss is a peer support group for adults 18+, offering a safe space to connect with other people who are grieving a death. It is an open and ongoing group meaning it runs year-round and there is no obligation to attend every group; you are welcome to join at any point in your grief journey and attend as often or as little as you feel you need the support. All Living with Loss groups are facilitated by two trained peer support volunteers. Living with Loss is offered from 7-9pm on*: 1st Tuesday of the month - virtual AND in-person (Kitchener - Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre) 3rd Tuesday of the month - virtual There isnt a drop-in option for any Living with Loss groups. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED and space is limited, so please only register if you know you can attend.
