About this organization

The Central Hastings Support Network (CHSN) was established in 1985 by a small group of individuals intent on enhancing the lives of vulnerable community members. It has since grown and is managed by a staff with direction from an elected Board of Directors, who are responsible for its vision, policies, and stewardship. CHSN's professional team includes roles such as the Executive Director, Office Coordinator, and Transit Drivers, among others. The Board is composed of anywhere from 6 to 12 Directors elected at the CHSN's annual general meeting.
