About this service
Tom's Place, sold in November 2021 to the Enrichment Centre for Mental Health (CMH-HPE), was established and opened in July 2010 as a transitional supportive housing project for homeless or at-risk-of-homelessness senior men. It was funded by the federal government's Homelessness Partnering Strategy as a result of a successful application by All-Together Housing. It consisted of a main kitchen, living room, four upstairs bedrooms, and a studio-type unit for use by the Facility Tenant, who was responsible for reporting maintenance and repair issues, as well as acting as a goodwill neighborhood ambassador for the All-Together agency.
