About this service
This service offers families respite for their child who has an intellectual disability and is under the age of 18 years. Community Living Belleville and Area provides around-the-clock care to children in a safe environment where the focus is on providing quality supports based on the needs of the child. Staff meet with children and their families to discuss needs, goals, and priorities, ensuring that the respite time for children is fun and exciting and that it provides a much-needed break for parents. Families can access this service through the Hastings and Prince Edward Out-of-Home Respite Committee.
