You do not have to meet any financial requirements for general information and referrals. The Family Court Support Worker can help guide you through this process. Legal Aid's toll-free number is 1(800)668-8258. ALL SERVICES ARE FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL. The Family Court Support Program provides support for women and their children who have experienced domestic violence and are involved in the family court process. A Family Court Support worker offers: - Information about the family court process. - Assistance through the Legal Aid process. - Referrals to specialized services in the community. - To accompany women to court proceedings where appropriate.
