About this service
The COED program offers opportunities to promote independence and community inclusion through individual learning. It provides social engagement, attending community events, and supporting local businesses and organizations. The program has created items for different organizations, addressing isolation and well-being in the community. It also includes the Adaptive Fitness Program, a fully inclusive program that offers fitness activities. Another important component of the program is the Functional Literacy, Numeracy, and Living Skills, which helps individuals with everyday activities like reading mail, counting money, or making purchases. However, this part of the program is not currently being offered due to COVID. Finally, the program has a Music Application that promotes creativity, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging through one-to-one and group instruction in music.
