About this organization
The 608 "Duke of Edinburgh" Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron (RCACS) is an organization that trains individuals interested in becoming air cadets, civilian members, or CIC officers. The organization offers a variety of resources including Cadet uniform guides, lesson plan templates, and other forms and documents. They also offer summer training programs such as Cadet training courses and a cooperative education program. They meet for parades on Wednesday nights from September to June. The 608 "Duke of Edinburgh" RCACS was established on June 22, 1955 and is proudly sponsored by 418 Wing (Belleville) Royal Canadian Air Force Association and the Army, Navy & Air Force Veterans in Canada's "Duke of Edinburgh" Unit 201. The Commanding Officer is Captain Justin Leadbeater and the Sponsoring Committee Chair is Cathy Henry.
