The Salvation Army Maritime Division

The Salvation Army gives hope and support to more than 187,000 vulnerable people in the Maritimes each year. We offer practical assistance for children and families, often tending to the basic necessities of life. By meeting needs, we have been transforming the lives of deserving individuals throughout our community for more than 130 years. The Salvation Army Maritime Division spans the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Programs The Salvation Army offers a wide-range of programs and services across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island to support struggling people in their time of need. More than 101,000 Maritimers were provided with food, shelter, and practical assistance last year. Food Assistance The Salvation Army offers food bank assistance and food vouchers at many locations across the Maritimes. These locations may be able to assist.
