About this organization

Manitoba Interfaith Immigration Council Inc. (MIIC) is Manitobas largest refugee settlement agency. Through the agencys Settlement and Resettlement Assistance Program and its Educational and Community Services Division, MIIC staff work with multicultural, multi-linguistic and multi-faith communities in Manitoba to support Government Assisted Refugees, Privately Sponsored Refugees and other newcomers.

The Mission of Manitoba Interfaith Immigration Council is to welcome and provide settlement services for refugees and immigrants living in Manitoba. We support equitable treatment of all persons and embrace cross-cultural differences. The agency ensures through its programming and community connections with other like-minded and specialized agencies that refugees access and receive services that are necessary and appropriate for an individual and family need.
