The Accueil francophone is the one-stop-shop providing initial entry and settlement services to all French-speaking immigrants and refugees in Manitoba.

All parties concerned agree that the Accueil francophone is an entry and initial settlement service for French-speaking newcomers to the province. The parties concerned include the provincial government, the federal government, Francophone organizations in Manitoba and Anglophone organizations working in the field of immigration.
