The Society provides low cost rental housing for low income senior citizens and operates eight different buildings that are adjacent to one another. Kiwanis Court offers 85 affordable independent seniors apartments. Kiwanis Manor is a four-storey building offering 75 units, including 33 assisted living units. Cypress and Terrace offers 139 affordable bachelor units for lower-income seniors. Kiwanis Lynn Manor offers 205 affordable independent seniors apartments. Kiwanis St. Andrew's place offers 27 affordable independent seniors apartments. Kiwanis Towers offers 99 affordable independent seniors apartments. Kiwanis Carneby Place offers 27 affordable independent seniors apartments.
