Residents have easy access to community amenities that are located within a short walk. Kiwanis Terrace was built in 2014. It is an apartment complex with 77 affordable suites for independent seniors. Suites range from studio units of 447 sq.ft. to one bedroom suites with up to 570 sq.ft. A storage area is included in each suite.
