About this service
Join us for a unique integration of postpartum physiotherapy and clinical counselling!
This workshop is for new and not-so-new moms who have experienced physical and emotional challenges following childbirth. Partners are welcome to register and attend as well.
We will be looking at the connection between physical and mental health, including:
- Pelvic floor and postpartum health issues following childbirth
- Coping with the expectations versus reality of your birth experience and recovery
- Processing the emotional experience of giving birth and the changes to your body
- Recovering from a stressful or traumatic birth
