About this organization

At Calm Kids Counselling, I provide support for children, youth, and families experiencing challenges related to school and/or home. Using a child-centered approach, I work with families to build balance and connection through a focus on strengths, problem-solving and coping skills, and play. My areas of practice include social and emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, school avoidance and anxiety, parenting skills, prenatal and postpartum health, and peer and family relationships.
